The idea

Hotels rent their sheets. Why are you washing yours?

That crisp hotel bed was rented linen, almost always - a service washes it, presses it and swaps it, invisibly, forever. That service has never bothered with houses.

So if you rent out one to ten doors, you get a washing machine, a dryer that eats your evenings, and cleaners who spend half their visit on laundry.

Fresh Set is the hotel arrangement, sized for your place: you keep no inventory, you buy nothing, and you never fold a fitted sheet again.

Same-day laundry is a promise nobody keeps, so we do not make it. Every home on the route has two full sets - one on your beds, one in the cycle - and the wash runs overnight, when the machines would otherwise sit dark.

What arrives

The set is everything the bed needs.

Fitted sheet, flat sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases - washed, pressed, wrapped. Towels come in bundles of four with a bath mat.
